Cherry Pie Designs will not collect or retain any personal information except for the information knowingly supplied by yourself when you either purchase a product or make an inquiry. Your personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. We are committed to security and will take all reasonable steps to make sure that all your personal information is secured. We will not send you email advertising information unless you have agreed or requested to receive it.
Discontinued Items.
We will do our best to keep all items on our site current. In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you and either not process any payment or issue you a full refund for the discontinued item.
Refunds.
If you are not happy with the quality of goods received, please contact me within seven (7) days.
Any postage costs for return items must be met by the customer.
Postage Costs.
All postage is automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. Please note, to obtain the correct postage information for your region be sure to "Check" the drop down box below the invoice $ total.
***Orders over the value of $100 may incurr an additional charge.*** If there is a need for additional postage fees I will contact you.
Australian shipping.
All domestic mail will be sent by regular post. If you would like registered mail please email me for a revised postage cost.
International Shipping.
All international items will be sent via Australia Post's Airmail service. If you would like insurance for any of these items please contact me before purchasing your item.
